Alexandra (she/her)
Founder, CEO
She deeply resonates with the meaning and roles of SMEs in society, and she is fascinated by the way in which digital systems create more agency for entrepreneurs. She sees Coach House Marketing playing a global role in helping SMEs translate their visions into reality using smart, simple, and effective digital solutions.
Through her academic background, she discovered her love for storytelling and how stories bring hope and depth of meaning to human connection. She understands that behind every business, there are individuals with unique stories, challenges, and aspirations. With a keen sense of empathy, Alexandra tailors her strategies to align with the human aspects of entrepreneurship, ensuring that her contributions lead to tangible, positive outcomes for both her clients and her team.
As a former concert pianist, she can be found at an opera, symphony, or ballet on weekends (or weekdays!). She has recently started taking classes again at the National Ballet School of Canada.

Data Research Analyst
Andrew is Coach House Marketing’s tech and SEO expert. He was born and raised in Ukraine, where he is currently based. Driven by a lifelong passion for curiosity, data, strategy, and business, he has found purpose in the world of analytics. Andrew has a keen interest in unraveling insights and transforming them into strategic actions, and his journey as an analyst for CDAP is a true testament to his commitment to excellence.

Barbara (she/her)
Business Systems Expert
Barbara wears many hats at Coach House Marketing. She is a consultant and mentor, observer, and at times student. She was born and raised in Toronto, where she currently lives.
She has a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial world, having worked in the fintech industry at IBM and the Royal Bank of Canada. Barbara has a degree in Business and has taken multiple development and training courses in the financial industry and project management spheres, as well as business analysis.
Barbara loves cooking, baking (stress-baking in particular), and is happiest when she’s just getting out and about.

Marketing Data Analyst
Cecile is our resident Data Analyst and CDAP Program Administrator. Her academic background is a Bachelor degree in Marketing and Business Analytics, and she is a true expert in data analysis and digital systems — the champion of the data call.
Cecile is a huge cinephile. When she’s not home working away on her computer with a cup of tea, she’s at the cinema watching the newest releases. She’s also a huge football fan!

Business Analyst
Hadassah Hassan is a highly skilled Business Analyst and project Manager at CHM, where she specializes in elevating customer experiences through strategic consulting and innovative project leadership. Her expertise in analyzing business processes and spearheading operational improvements has consistently driven remarkable outcomes in client satisfaction and business efficiency.
Outside of the office, Hadassah embraces her love for the great outdoors through hiking, exploring different landscapes, and connecting with nature, which she finds refreshing and invigorating. She balances this physical activity with her passion for reading.

Liliya is CHM’s Marketing Assistant and Client Services Administrator. Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, she is now based in Montréal. Liliya has 2 degrees, specialized in Marketing, and has 8+ years experience throughout different industries. She’s highly versed in project management and workflow optimization to guide businesses in involving new tools and approaches: thinking outside of the box.
When she’s not busy working, Liliya enjoys practicing yoga, meditating, and cycling — anything that boosts her energy and helps clear her mind!

Oluwatosin is CHM’s Executive Assistant. She is from Nigeria.
Her responsive and adaptive professionalism, wonderful sense of humour, and no nonsense approach to getting things done, as she continues to excel at every task we ask of her, makes our team deeply grateful and delighted she’s chosen to dedicate her time to grow with us.
What fuels Oluwatosin’s work is a profound passion for connecting with people and facilitating the achievement of both individual and team goals. She also finds joy in painting, singing, and sewing. Writing also serves as her gateway to self-expression and creativity, adding depth to her approach to both life and work!
